Calling all runners and cyclists! Are you neglecting your core? Do you want to run or cycle longer, faster, stronger? Then this is for you!

~Are you unsure of beneficial warm up drills and cool down stretches?
Workshops are ideal if you have a busy training schedule but need to include some running or cycling specific core strength training. This 90 minute practical workshop will leave you with a thorough understanding of the role your core plays in running and cycling, the possible effects of a weak core and the importance of mobility and stability as well as strength.
Every participant will receive a core strengthening programme as well as a comprehensive list of strengthening and mobility exercises to take away and implement within your own training programme. You will also receive your own resistance band to take away and use at home.
This is a highly practical session so please come dressed in active wear. Bring a mat if you have one but if not I will provide one for you to borrow.
The workshop is £20.00 per person. Which includes workbook and resistance band. Places are limited and must be booked and paid for in advance.

1:1 coaching is ideal if you need MORE! 1:1 sessions will give you a personal programme tailored to your specific needs.
I work closely with local clinicians to identify your needs and any specific weaknesses and can devise a progressive programme to get you performing at your very best injury and niggle free.
Current and past clients include marathon and ultra runners as well as a GB Triathlete.
If you are prone to injury or already have one diagnosed we can work on any imbalances you have during our hour session. I will then give you a detailed home workout to fit around your schedule including mobility / releases / strengthening work and stretches as needed.
Your time is precious and I know you would rather be running or cycling. There is no point you wasting time on exercises that won’t benefit you.
