What is the Abs, Core & Pelvic Floor programme?
It is a tried and tested process that will teach you to connect to and strengthen the pelvic floor and core muscles as well as focus on healthy nutrition, lifestyle and stress relief.
This is an in depth course that will benefit ALL women at ALL life phases.

How will ‘Abs, Core & Pelvic Floor’ work?
Each class is a mixture of education, discussion, exercise and relaxation. There will also be additional workouts, advice and information provided making this 6 weeks a fully immersive programme. As always I will provide ongoing support and guidance throughout.

This includes your bag of exercise equipment, 6 weeks of education, exercise and relaxation and full support throughout the six weeks, plus online access to exercise videos and no diet nutrition advice.
