I understand that contacting a personal trainer can be a daunting process but I will take the time to understand your goals and motivations to ensure that I prepare the right programme for you.
The first step is a consultation where we will meet to discuss your goals, nutrition, lifestyle, exercise history and any potential barriers that may stand in your way. I will then prepare a programme that will help you reach your goals as quickly and safely as possible. I will also measure your weight and track your achievements along the way so you can see the progress you are making.
Personal Training sessions are usually one hour long. In some circumstances I may suggest we do 2 half hour sessions.
